Helloooo out there...guess what?? i made it posting a blog everyday for a week straight YAY even though there wasnt much to write about. But anyways i think i made it to 100 page views yay again. But anyways didnt do much today, one of the boringest weekends ever. so yea i will see you tomorrow

Sloppy Saturday

Hey you guys Im still going strong for a week straight..yay . Well yesterday didnt end up being that boring and i had fun with my friends. Today was just a lounge day since i didnt wanna go home because i will just be going home in a few days anyways. So today i just been watchin tv and being lazy. So you know since i watch tv and you know commercials come on, i thought id share with u my favorite commercials.

Friendly Friday

Today was actually a pretty good day. It seems like evrything has changed since yesterday, lol duh..But i did my presentation today and i got to 12 minutes and I was so nervous and so happy at the same time. But anyways i still have nothing to do this weekend but i just woke up from the most wonderfulest nap. But anyways not much to say today but I want to include something I said in my presentation because it really makes you think and this is from someone's blog.

You don’t have to respect designers. You really don’t. The frivolous, superficial productions that designers create are natural to overlook, and even easier to ignore. But whether you know it or not, we’re helping you. Let’s explore what the world would look like if designers weren’t doing their jobs.

If designers weren’t designing…

1. People would die.
Ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars would look like regular old vehicles, just in a bigger hurry.
Safety diagrams and warning signs would not exist, leading to thousands of needless beverage spills and accidental electrocutions.
Interfaces like car dashboards would take hours of concentration to decipher, with no designers to bring simplicity and order to the layout.
2. Information would suffer.
Your ability to read books, magazines and newspapers would be gone, as you try to focus your eyes on body text that isn’t properly typeset or laid out, lacks any kind of meaningful explanatory diagrams or photographs, and has no discernable structure throughout the publication.
The Internet would be stuck in 1993, with nothing but text-based browsers to help you check email and read websites.
You’d never be able to catch the right bus, because all the bus schedules would be gone and there’d be no route numbers on the busses themselves.
3. Decision-making would slow down.
When choosing something like a bank or a university, you’d have to rely on your own notes, because you wouldn’t have any brochures or pamphlets to take home with you.
When shopping, aisle signage would be absent, and product labels would be cluttered and inconsistent (okay, so that’s not much of a change).
When ordering food, menus would be positively disorganized, with photos, prices and descriptions in no reasonable order. You might not even know what restaurant you were in.
4. Life would be uglier.
Your favourite music artist would have no album covers. If you’re lucky, they might put a helpful handwritten scotch-tape label on the front. (Same with movies – no posters and no snappy movie logo).
Artwork like event posters, wall murals, building signage and public art would be missing, and in its place would be a lonely, heartbreaking void.
Countries would have no flags, companies would have no logos and Olympic athletes would have blank uniforms, leading to massive confusion, a worldwide drop in morale and patriotism, and a very colourless, unimaginative planet. (by Kevan)

Thankful Thursday

Hey people...well i finished my paper on time but didnt quite make it to 1500 words, oh well... I had fun with it but yes I am so glad its thursday even though i have nuthin planned for the weekend. Oh well i will be going home on tuesday for thanksgiving break yay me. Cant wait to get some of that good home cooked food...i know yall cant wait. But anyways im anxious for my presentation tomorrow, i think ive got most of it but i know that i will blow it when i get up there

Hey people its me again, I am doing my paper right now and I have about an hour left to do it. I know I do procrastinate. Terrific Tuesday

OOO i went to Hooters last night for the first time, and they have some bomb food, oh and by the way if you havent already, you should try fried pickles, i love em.
Hmm so anyways it was another warm/hot day in November. OK day but still boring. Went to Mervyns today to see how their little going out of business sale is going. I have been there since I first heard about it and they still have a lot of stuff and their prices are still high so i am still waiting for it to get low because I think i can go to JCPenny and get lower prices.
But on another note my blog assignment is due tomorrow, 1500 words, wooo i hope i can make it. Thanks to all who came to my page just to come or even read something. But i still will continue doing what i do on here because i feel its a way to release, so yea thanks.

Mixed Monday

I have mixed feelings about today. So i woke up tired, nothing usual, went to class. I have a new project for graphic design which is to create a menu for a restaurant- fictitional or real. So i might have fun with that 1. And i have a presentation on my topic of graphic design and i am really finding some interesting things about it. It has to be 10-15 minutes for friday and i keep practicing and it comes to 8:30 minutes. So i have been trying to add other elements such as more pictures and videos. So i found another cool video on you tube of course.

hmm sunday again

im back once again...yay Draya. so yea im out here in Riverside bored. theres fires going on everywhere but im not really affected by it, the sky is all clear over here but i do smell it in the air. But what i wanna know is are people starting these fires or is it so dry that sticks rub together and make fire. Cuz this is getting ridiculous half of the mountains are already burnt so do they re-catch on fire? But hey its Cali we have earthquakes and wildfires and it 90 degrees in November. weird I know...So anyways I've been searching for a video, still searching at this moment but some shows to watch out for this week: Keyshia Cole "The Way it Is" on BET on Tuesday @ 10 and a new show with some fine brothas "Brothers to Bruthas" on BET @ 10:30 but i think i found a video
Here are the Bruthas they sound pretty good, i support them :)



But anyways my blog project is almost over and i didnt make it over 100 visitors oh well i still had fun sharing my life with you, so yea i will still write when its over and hopefully someone will catch on and start leaving comments. Oh well catch you later, people

Mysterious Monday

Hola everybody
Draya is back in the house...hello to my 1 follower who is a faithful reader of my blog, lol(Jon Jon)... Anyways im back from a weird, crazy filled, angry, and funny weekend. Lets just say im starting to see people's true colors. But anyways i love music, does anybody else?? Favorite song right now "Mrs. Officer" by Lil' Wayne and Bobby Valentino (dont ask why)..But what i really want is a guy to sing to me cuz i just love it. that's why i be on You-tube so much, check out the video


But anyways as for this blog assignment for my class, I think i have about two weeks left and i still havent reached 100 visitors. Sad day, nobody loves me. Woopideedoo...What a boring day... Last night was ok but not the best experience i was hoping for.
